On average, a person uses the mobile 2-4 hours daily. You might looked like the right picture as you’re reading this too. So what’s the big deal right? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Every inch that your head moves forward, it will add 4.5kg of weight to your spine. So assuming our head tilts 3” forward when we’re using mobile, that’s 19kg of weight on your spine 💢 OUCH

To prevent unwanted pain & muscle strains from a compromised spine. Try your best to look upright when you’re using mobile. I hope that you guys will become more aware of your postures whenever you use your mobile because it makes a big difference 10-20 years down the road ✌️
